The Mesa County Board of County Commissioners entered the county into a year-long, $120,000 contract with EIS Solutions to provide PR and consulting on state and federal issues for the county.
EIS Solutions, if you are not familiar is the owned by Josh Penry and is just one of the many political influence firms and think tanks controlled or owned by Penry and his wife.
Mesa County entered into the contract on February 13, to the tune of $120,000 for the next year.
